STEP 1
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before every burn. Light the wick and keep it burning till melt pool reaches the edges of the jar, but no more than 4h. This ensures an even burn and keeps the candle pretty.
STEP 2
Please place your candle on an even surface and away from any fans, open windows or doors, air conditioners, and vents.
Please also keep candle away from flammable objects, young children and pets.
STEP 3
Cover with lid to snuff out flame instead of blowing out to prevent smoking. Keep lid on to help seal in the scent when not in use and place it in a cool, dry place.
Candle has reached the end of its life when there is 1/2 inch of wax left. Further burning may damage the candle jar.

Our candle travels by courier which typically takes 2-5 working days to reach the address you provided in Singapore. Shipping is only to 1 address per order.
It may take a little longer to reach you during holidays or festive seasons. We highly encourage you to place your orders at least 2 weeks earlier to avoid disappointment.
Please check your address and contact information before submitting your order. Fees may be required for incorrect address.
We are truly sorry you need to return the candle. But in the unlikely event that you do need to, please note the following:
Generally, once candles are shipped, we are unable to accept refunds. However, we do value you as a customer, a friend. Hence, if you are not satisfied, kindly contact us and we will try our best to work out a solution with you.
If however, you did not receive the candles in good condition or if a wrong order is received, please dm us on Facebook or Instagram with your order number and a photograph of the item within 7 days of receiving. All items being returned for refund or exchange must be in the original condition, unused, and all packaging and labels must be in place.
Items purchased on sale may not be refunded or returned.
